Weight Management & InBody

Personalized Weight Management and InBody Testing

Weight management is about more than a number on a scale. Dr. Pamela Wear's individualized approach brings together naturopathy, nutrition, dietary and lifestyle modification, body composition measurements and practical follow-up based on the person and the goals being discussed.

A Protocol Built Around the Individual

There is no one-size-fits-all plan. The process begins with a conversation about where you are now, what you want to change and which measurements or daily patterns may help create a clearer starting point. Recommendations are personalized and may be adjusted as new information and progress become available.

Looking Beyond Scale Weight

The program may consider body composition, nutrition, lifestyle, cardiometric measures, blood-sugar regulation and inflammation-related wellness goals. These areas help frame a broader conversation about progress. They are not a promise that every person will experience the same change.

InBody 580 Body Composition Testing

The InBody 580 is a professional body composition analyzer that provides measurements related to muscle, body fat and body water, along with segmental information and a result sheet that can be used to establish a baseline and compare trends over time.

A test result is information, not a stand-alone diagnosis. The provider will explain which measurements are relevant to the conversation and how often repeating the test may or may not be useful.

What Your Weight-Management Conversation May Include

  • Lifestyle modification strategies
  • An InBody 580 baseline or follow-up test
  • Body-composition and progress trends
  • Cardiometric, blood-sugar regulation and inflammation-related wellness goals
  • Practical follow-up and accountability
